Portrait : Lupita Nyong’o

This week I’ve been working hard on a portrait of the very talented actress and director Lupita Nyong’o. I found a picture of her in a magazine some time ago and wanted to make a drawing of it, not just because she’s beautiful but also because I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into the precious lace top by Erdem she’s wearing.

It took me quite a lot of time to finish the portrait, but I’m actually pretty happy with the outcome. And even though the sun is shining and I should definitely go outside, I can’t wait to start a new project. Happy weekend everybody, stay tuned for what’s next!
