Illustration : Abstract #1

Having a mom that could easily be crowned ‘the Queen of Mandalas’ (she really makes the most amazing and crazy mandalas you’ve ever seen and I especially love the very original and absolutely beautiful colour combinations she makes), I decided to try out making some abstract work as well.

So this weekend I sat down and made my first ever abstract illustration. The biggest surprise of all; it suited me better than I’d ever imagined!

Because I had such a good time making this drawing, I can surely tell it won’t be my last. So stay tuned for more (experimental) artwork. I’m as curious for what it will look like as you are!
